Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable.
Credit Returns (Limited Cases)
Credits may be returned at our discretion when a translation fails due to a reproducible platform error.
- We may require the input file, output file, prompt, and steps to reproduce.
- Returned credits are issued as a new credit bucket and expire under standard rules.
Support Submissions
Files submitted for credit returns or bug reports are treated as support submissions and may be retained to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in account termination and refusal of future transactions.
